There will be a massive pool of players for whoever to pick through in the summer. Hopefully Conte but I can’t see it.
I'm just glad that we managed to get Porro in. Would have created a lot of negativity had we not. Defence isn't ideal but it can be dealt with in the summer when I hope we will have targets in mind beforehand.
If we're feeling optimistic, things could come together nicely to have a good second half of the season, with the new additions, the availability of Bentancur and Kulu, and maybe Son actually getting back to his old self.
The let down is the defence but this should not be as problematic if the other things hold up well.

id say Porro salvages a 5/10 but rating windows is so lame as its all about how the players who sign end up playing and how the season pans out
most people said no less than a 7/10 in the summer window tbf and that turned out to be a bit meh because didnt address key starting xi weaknesses which i think we have only done in one window (last Jan) in recent memory and even that was a last min scatter gun

I see souttar who Sandy liked at the World Cup is off to Leicester from stoke
Vesterveld available at Leicester too
Both I’d normally run a mile from but they are both better than the current slugs we put out
Spence on loan to Rennes is a strange one …rather he stayed in the premier league so we could have actually seen if conte was pig headed or correct that he isn’t ready by not playing him
Think that’s where Rodon is though so maybe that’s a factor (could be wrong on that)

I'm just glad that we managed to get Porro in. Would have created a lot of negativity had we not. Defence isn't ideal but it can be dealt with in the summer when I hope we will have targets in mind beforehand.

Spence on loan to Rennes is a strange one …rather he stayed in the premier league so we could have actually seen if conte was pig headed or correct that he isn’t ready by not playing him
