There’s also nothing stopping spurs or anyone else doing what we do with our academy and making millions in loan fees every year as again easy income
Other clubs just choose not to
E.G we could say how is it fair Spurs can host NFL games and get paid a ton of income / fees for doing it
We don’t get to host NFL games or the majority of other PL Clubs, so how is it fair spurs get paid lots of money to host that goes in their income allowing them to spend more than other clubs?

No ... Spurs don't win anything.
All clubs play the system to the ability that their revenue allows them to, it has always been the same. Spurs built a new stadium - very nice I might add, but how your board chooses to invest is up to them.
Jesus Sandy, when you don't understand something do you just go back to dumbing things down to the lowest possible level ? As of right now, chelsea are not cheating. If you are jealous or find it morally questionable then that's a totally different debate

I don't personally think Chelsea are doing anything other than avoiding FFP rules, by having long contracts. I think this is a smart way of bypassing the rules. Those who implemenetd rules knew about this loophole but they let it be. Technically, Chelsea have not "broken" a rule.
I think Spurs could learn something here. Trying to do everything by the book sometimes need a little off-the cuff approach which may not be the holy grail of approaches, need unconventional things like signing players on long term, but we seem to want tb seen like Snow white of clubs...
Unfortunately if you can't beat them. join them and stop moaning!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I prefer the way Spurs are run, all above board. Chelsea are also no doubt doing a bit of underhand payments to players. Their wag bill alone I suspect breaches FFP rules.
Or hoping their business model blows up in their face... Now that's something I will agree with you on !!!

Look at Newcastle and how quickly they have accelerated into a top 4 team. They are going nowhere. If our club had any level of ambition of these clubs, we might have seen trophies.

Sandy
Can you provide a detailed P&L of Chelsea finances over the last 3 seasons, i assume you have this to hand.
Can you also explain to me where we are currently falling a foul of regulations?
you keep mentioning this 800m, ( which will be more with lavia and Olise ) but can you please provide a detailed breakdown of player sales
I assume you have all of these answers
Someone also mentioned multiple FFP breaches, id be interested to see this information as well#
Kind Regards
----------------------------------------------------------------------
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/02536231/filing-history
season 20/21 £153m losses
season 21/22 £121m losses
Whats notable is that despite CFCs large revenues, up to £485m, they make massive operating losses which are offset by player sales.
So in those 2 years operating losses (Revenues minus all costs including transfer in) of £240m and £185m.
It is only the profit on player trading, £123m and £30m that reduces those losses.
It is never a strong position to be in where operating losses are so big and you are reliant on player sales.
And this will be an even bigger concern with some of the very expensive players in the squad because if CFC need to sell to balance these books a bit in teh future, someone like Mudryk who cost £100m of 8 years devalues at £12m a year, so even in 3 years time, if you want to sell him on you will need £65m to not show a loss, let alone make a profit on player trading, which you are clearly reliant on in minimising your annual losses.
How these losses stack up with UEFA i have no idea. £280m lost over 2 seasons is a mile away from being FFP compliant & I will be interested to see how this is all squared off as UEFAs new FFP kicks in.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ouch.
Chelsea are being run by a person who is completely clueless about rules.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yet he’s not breaking any rules whatsoever
Are you actually this thick?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You dont know that until they are assessed for FFP and that now happens on Jan - Dec basis, so that if there are any breaches these can be established and punished in time for the following season

----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're just lowering yourself to Sandy's simple levels now.
Man City owners bought them on the cheap and would make £bns in profit if they sold. Same with Roman if sanctions hadnt kicked in and the same will be with NUFC.
The big difference is that ENIC run Spurs like a business like 90% of other clubs in the league, like Arsenal like Liverpool and even like Man UItd. We spend what we earn like these other teams....the likes of City have CFC have been spending well beyond their means for ages and i suspect it will catch up with them, either financially or legally!
Are Chelsea FC everything that is wrong with modern football?
--------------------------------------------------------
Nope, your owners are. Have plenty of money to compete but choose not too because they couldn't give two flying f**ks about Spurs or you as a fan beyond what the club can do for them. The epitome of the ownership that treat you like a investment rather than seeing themselves as custodians, and on top of that regularly insult your intelligence with the most transparent PR rubbish possible on a regular basis.
Our owners are FAR from perfect, or even what I'd consider to be good for football, but at the very least their motivations are aligned with the fans even if it's not for entirely the same reasons.

Totally agree. Your owner is an absolute clown let’s get this straight. But at least he tries to compete but piling the money into the club for transfers. You are not the same beast as you were under Abramovich, but your owner will keep spending until you get success. Our owners do the bare minimum and always have done. Thing is there’s nothing stopping spurs doing what we’re doing
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spurs don't cheat.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But Sandy Spurs have cheated. Yet again Sandy is wrong time after time.
We were not done for making underhand payments to players like Spurs in the 1994/1995 season, deducted 12 points and thrown out of FA cup.
Luckily for you the 12 points and FA cup ban were removed wrongly in my opinion but they upped the fine to over a million pounds from 600,000
So learn your own clubs history before you start throwing stones. I thought you were the Spurs expert , after all your supposed to be this 70 year old man.
And again if there is no rules in place when we started doing it re length of contracts, how can we be bending them?. You cannot bend a rule that is not in place. You and others supporters are just jealous that your board did not think of it, its genius.
Yet again Sandy your psychotic hatred of Chelsea has blinded you again.
This is just football, but the hatred you have is seriously worrying, you need help.
And as per my last post , your wrong yet again.
How many more times are you going to make yourself look a bell 888 end
Sandy doesn’t speak for the vast majority of Spurs fans by the way. I would say a large percentage of us are sick to death of Levy and ENIC. We would welcome a sugar daddy takeover our club trust me.

Some pretty big accusations here Sandy. If you think bribery or wrongdoing has occurred then you should send your evidence to both the Premier League and FA immediately. Alternatively you can keep making stuff up on an internet forum. Oh yeah you're doing that already.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't need to Chelsea are still under investigation from the Abramovich era. I am sure the authorities have more than enough evidence to come down very severely on CFC.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually they are not, the current regime raised a concern to uefa about some irregularities of the previous regime, their investigation has been concluded. The premeir league have said they will look at it but that's all we know so far. It's unlikely they will take further action unless there is something illegal involved. You can cling on to that for as long as you like but it's just another straw to clutch at for now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
FA will not be interested in illegal activities (HMRC might), but they will be concerned with PL FFP rules, and if they have broken these prepare to be fined or worse regardless of change of ownership.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We haven't, the evidence is there for them, we submitted it. It should be clear enough for anyone to take immediate action on.
Away from chatting Spurs for a bit

I prefer the way Spurs are run, all above board. Chelsea are also no doubt doing a bit of underhand payments to players. Their wag bill alone I suspect breaches FFP rules.

Our Owner has just been indited on insider trading charges and our Director of Football banned for corruption....... Have you been drinking old fella ???
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep, we have no right sticking it to chelsea about corruption. Don’t get me wrong, I think their owner is a clown, but in the end all that spending will create success. Look at Newcastle and how quickly they have accelerated into a top 4 team. They are going nowhere. If our club had any level of ambition of these clubs, we might have seen trophies.

ENIC are chancers that have made a killing buying Spurs for cheap and now set to reap £££.
They have somehow managed to brainwash some fans like Sandy into thinking they have done such a good job it is astounding.
What a complete joke.

I'm sure he knows, it's just far easier for him to focus his anger on a more successful rival club and live in a fantasy world where if he says something out loud about Chelsea then it must automatically become a fact. Even if it bears no resemblance to reality and facts.

As long as they are in profit, that’s all they care about

Thing is there’s nothing stopping spurs doing what we’re doing
There’s also nothing stopping spurs or anyone else doing what we do with our academy and making millions in loan fees every year as again easy income
Other clubs just choose not to
E.G we could say how is it fair Spurs can host NFL games and get paid a ton of income / fees for doing it
We don’t get to host NFL games or the majority of other PL Clubs, so how is it fair spurs get paid lots of money to host that goes in their income allowing them to spend more than other clubs?
