Good question but it depends how badly the Sheikh wants a PL club. Also he probably would like full sale(like Utd) and that could rule him out for now.
I can't see it happening at the moment with him but you never know.
Levy and Glazers are both Jewish. They won't sell to Arabs perhaps.
I think they're more likely to go back for United when the trouble in the Middle East cools down.
I can't honestly see Levy dealing with them at the moment.

Most buyers would probably view him as a superb, experienced CEO who has delivered massive improvement and off pitch excellence.
Many fans would disagree but that probably highlights the difference between a fan's understanding of running a club and an owners.
So long as the chain of command and positions beneath him are clear and filled with leading candidates then it would work.
That said I would not support such ownership. Selling our soul. We'd all turn into deluded blinkered fools like Boris, the poster boy for sports washing.
