He's doing well and I'm very happy for Rosenior. A genuine nice chap , polar opposite to Steve Evans!

His face, his demeanor, he just exudes this horrible aura and not many ex footballers have great things to say about him.

I see young Whittaker has scored again and is now on 5 goals in 13 matches! Definitely found the club to thrive at.

Sheff Weds were clearly much stronger than us last season but they're having a torrid season back in the Championship.

In other news our poisonous social media fans are causing a little storm over Natianel's hand to ear celebrations after his goal ( "who does he think he is"
And criticism of our assistant manager's comments about 'the noise.'

Why do we have a small section of incredibly sensitive fans / moronic fans who can't celebrate the positives of last night?

Just a reflection of the population in general ? 😉

We'll never leave UT, it's like that hotel song.

Scouse it's less than 52% now, many of my old pals have died, do keep up.

I'd like to make it clear...I don't like or usually drink Madri, but it is slightly less revolting than the Carlsberg which I think was brewed with 2% alcohol.

Talking about beer, I've never had a decent pint in Scotland. Heb can you help me out please?

Having stood in a line at passport control for 45+ minutes yesterday, whilst EU nationals walzed through the automated booths in under 5 minutes, I beg to differ.

You all remind me of the spoiled child who takes his ball home, so others can't play.

Never mind about that Scouse...have you ever had a decent pint in Scotland? Keep to the important stuff.

Nowt wrong with a bottle of McEwans Champion, VC

I'm with VC here. I have never had a decent pint north of the border. They have that hopeless 80 shillings which isn't worth 80 farthings.

Happily the pub which is a couple of hundred yards from New Vidal Towers has Butty Bach and Ludlow Blonde, both of which are magnificent pints. Happy days.

I'm with vidal on the Butty Bach (Wye Valley bitter), it's a great pint.

Never had a Ludlow Blonde in any shape or form tho!

My mrs hates Scotland, we only went once for a short break over 30 years ago never to return.

That’s harsh. Scotland’s beautiful. It’s inhabitants are an utter nuisance: irritating, whiny blood-sucking blighters that ruin it as a place to visit. That’s the midges I’m talking about, for the avoidance of doubt.

The furthest I've been is just north of Perth, but it is a really beautiful country, and gets better, the further north you go, but too cold for me in winter.

I’ve had many golf trips there so I’ve visited the west and east coasts and been as far as Inverness when I ran in the Loch Ness marathon. I would love to visit the islands at some point, the Shetlands, Orkneys or even the Hebrides though I’ve heard that the locals there are a bit peculiar. I also fancy hiking the West Highland Way.

I always promised myself that I will travel all around the coast of Scotland in a camper van if I ever could afford.

With all this talk of trips to Scotland in search of a decent pint, Heb seems to have gone remarkably quiet

posted on 27/10/23

Perhaps he brews his own due to the absence of Ale Houses in the locale.
