The lads need to focus and work hard again. The City game was an amazing result as I like most had written it off given the players available. To be fair to the players filling in they have done a great job mostly even though some of the results have not gone our way.

Has anyone also found that the Amazon picture quality is so much better than Sky, TNT(BT) or is it just me.
I also find the Amazon coverage much better the Sky/TNT and their Chanel which has all the games and goals as they happen same as TNT/BT do for Champions league.
Think Sky are missing a trick for the week night games which are not exclusively for Amazon. I guess the stupid blanket ban on 3pm kick offs does them for Sat games.

Do you have Sky+ or SkyQ? If it's Sky+ like me then what you're dealing with is feckin' pain in the arrrrrse. Sky+ max output is 1080i, not 1080p. The difference is that 1080i takes a 720p output and fills in the gaps to increase the quality. 1080p is the purer HD output so the difference is clear. I think SkyQ (and SkyGlass/Stream) offer 4k output so it's only really those of us on Sky+ that have to suffer.
Plus, and I can't be sure about this, I think some sky channels deliberately limit the quality to make you change to a 4k subscription. The answer is to watch BBC iplayer on Sky and then switch to another device and watch the same programme via firestick or apple tv. Both outputs will say 1080 but the Sky version will be blurry as fuccccck.

I have Virgin but I know what you mean as the sky feed is from sky std unless you pay the extra for the HD+ stuff. I've always thought they do it on purpose too and always have done to squeeze an extra sheckles they can out of you.
If you watch some of other random sports channels on offer even their pic quality is better.....

Yeah we were never challenging for the title with this squad. Ange was at risk of doing a Poch and over performing, and not signing more good players. 150m between now and next season, maybe a bit more with sales, and maybe we can have a proper go at it.

I guess it will depend on tonight and the game against Newcastle. With Madders and VDV out it will be tough but I'd still expect us to win a lot of our games. As long as there are no more injuries or suspensions to key players.
