Very good second half performance and it's so good to see so many Wolves players getting into the box. All four of the 'late' players came on with about 25 mins left and made a big difference. Two very good moves produce two great team goals. Sarabia got the second and the best was left for last, with Rodrigo getting his 3rd of the tour.
Not sure Leipzig had a shot on goal, but the last ten minutes was a pleasure to watch and GON has a huge head ache picking his best 11 and Lima didn't get any minutes.
What a nice position to be in, but of course the transfer rumors will increase once the lads get back to Blighty.
Nice to see you at least stayed up Wolgang. Well done mate.
was out for the eve but that seems a nice result.

Did you make it along to this one wolfie?
Seen the third goal, impressive that they kept the ball moving, kept momentum, quality passing and finishing. Usually we move the ball well to the edge of the box and slow down and just start probing looking for the perfect opening until we lose the ball. Would be very happy to see us attacking like that next season, but of course PL is a very different game.
Excellent performance, result, and dare I say it, match review from our poster with his finger on the pulse pitch side, wolfie. 👍
Refreshing to have a review from someone that understands what they’re watching, minus the gold tinted glasses and the worse for drink
Just watched the first half of the game. Very good performance by Wolves to out play a top Leipzig team. Good goal with Bellegarde breaking, feeding Doherty who put in an excellent first time cross which Sarabia turned in off a deflection.
Toti and Mosquera excellent in defence with Lemina dropping in to make it a 5 when needed. Bellegarde impressing again in the middle of the park. Strand Larsen leading the line well with good movement and some good cushion headers to link up play. But nobody impressing more than Rodrigo Gomes who looks a real find. Just a shame Hwang gives the ball away so often.
Leipzig started t second half on top but against the run of play Wolves doubled their lead. Rodrigo fed Hwang inside the penalty area who pulled it back for Larsen who hit the post with Sarabia putting in the rebound. From that time on Wolves dominated the game. The 4 returning internationals came in half way through the second half and Neto immediately made his impact on the right. Best goal of the night saw Joao Gomes break from midfield spread it wide to Rodrigo who played a 1-2 with Hwang before slotting it in. Further changes saw Chiquinho, Guedes, Hugo come on. Really good cameo from Chiquinho again and he should have won wolves a stonewall penalty after being brought down in the box.
Such a good win for Wolves against a very good Leipzig team. Can’t Walt to see them at Molineux next Saturday
Wait not Walt, but this is a Disney state
Interesting stat in the commentary that Chiquinho was booked 10 times in Portugal last season and has been booked 34 times in 120 professional games. He was also booked in this game
Dave Edwards did the co commentary in these USA games. Far better to me than Andy Thompson who is the regular on Wolves tv in that role
When Hugo came on he surprisingly played centre back and we ended the game with a centre back pairing of Bueno and Bueno.
RAN was quiet first half playing largely defensively but second half he was given more freedom to go forward and looked more like the player we know and love

Muy bueno
Mosquera was indeed excellent. I read that Villarreal have sold their young Spanish CB. So now they have the money for a bid for Mosquera .
Hope my 2 plus 2 doesn't make 4.

A bid can be rejected as well as accepted so let's see, GON says he wants him to stay & he deserves that chance, pace at the back is something we're not used to
Mosquera has what it takes to be the most important of our centre backs. And Villarreal seems to value him at €10m. Certainly wouldn’t let him go for that, and probably not for double or treble that.
They are evidently prepared to pay £20m for Guedes. Although he’s done ok pre season id be tempted by that given the other options we have.
If they're evidently prepared to pay 20m, then it's a no brainer, especially with the options we now have up front. Villarreal have a 50m+ euro surplus from their recent transfers. They've just sold Cuenca, a CB to Fulham and last month bought 19year old Kambwala, a 19 year old CB from Man Utd. I sincerely hope we keep Mosquera.
The stand out player from last night in my humble opinion was Rodrigo Gomes. Apart from his goal, the lad was all over the field and showed great energy, even in the heat of Florida. The thought of Rodrigo and Pedro on either wing is mouth watering, in my book.
RAN was good and played the full 90 minutes. He was great when we had possession, but really needs to sharpen the defensive side to his game, when we're not. If we do go with 4 at the back and we've been fairly comfortable in these pre season games, then the pairing of Toti and Mosquera is a must.
Can't imagine we would entertain any bids for Mosquera now unless he is specifically asking to move.
Mosquera is a great example of what loans can do
Nice one cinci. He's one we will probably retain (unless he goes to Villarreal), but we loaned out over 12 players last season and he may be the only one we don't send out on loan again. Unless we keep Cundle, who I thought has had a good pre season.
I'd say over 90% of those who go on loan, never progress at Wolves.

Would say that is the case at any club.
Loved Ait-Nouri playing to the shirt off crew in the second half and showboating.
Appears that there is zero evidence that Villarreal are prepared to pay £20m for Guedes?
If it’s true, then where’s my 🔑 s
Can't see 20 million coming for Guedes. 10+ is possible I guess. Lets see who is still with us with a week to go and whether we need to shed another foreigner for the quota.
Rodrigo Gomes looks great so far, and looks a lot like Bueno.
Seems to like cutting inside and Hwang found him a couple of times with simple reverse passes.
