Yeah..gotta say I'm not overly Impressed...although we have been after him in the past.

Overrated crock if you get him, world-class player when we were linked with him

Does seem strange that Juventus would let him leave if he was that good. He offers a back up for Salah on that right, but just reminds me of the Arthur Melo deal.

Is he any better than B Doak?

that's why you did a whole sh article on him...

6th choice forward on the cheap. Can play right side better than our current options should Salah need a rest. Could really work out for us or minimum he would be another Shaqiri who did well for us.

Our treatment room hasn’t been the same since Thiago and Matip left. This will redress the balance if it goes ahead.

And wants to leave, despite Juve fans being keen for him to stay.

Not a huge Chiesa fan, and we don’t particularly need a forward, but he’s got good technique, can play across the front three and us decent to watch on his day.

Clarke and Carvalho out, and Chiesa in for £10m would be good business.

Yeah...its a fair point. Chiesa is better than the two gone out

Not a big fan. Blows hot and cold, past couple of seasons mostly cold. However for the fee mentioned I'd be surprised if that wasn't at least recouped should he fail to work out.

There aren't many examples of Italian players who have adapted well to the Premier League.

For the money muted it's a risk worth taking for a back up option.
