I've done 2-2 as well.
Can't make it up.....guy didn't miss a game last season apparently.
Solanke & Richarlison out….
Richarlison out for a few weeks, with injury picked up in training… 😡
I’d go..,, Son, Kulu, Odobert
Far from ideal start for him. We'll then have the international break to follow.
After the way the first game went for him he must be itching just to get off the mark for Spurs. Hope this doesn't affect him mentally cause he must be wondering if this signing has been cursed right now.
Son Kulusevski Odobert
Maddison Bissouma Sarr
back 5
cant decide between Bentancur and Sarr think Sarr's legs could be important this game and Kulusevski to hold the ball up better down the middle with Solanke out
im sure Ange will play Son down the middle and play BJ though

Bit dramatic lol he will have way more mental strength than to think his signing is cursed already.
On a side note, richarlison is a joke. Always getting injured without being visibly injured in a match

I think i prefer Son through the middle in a game like this, but that false 9 with Deki could make us a bit more solid defensively as id expect him to drop more than Son (or our no.9s) would...which could be helpful in a tough away game.
Solanke hadn't missed a game for Bournemouth since February 2023 (54 games).
Doctor Tottenham will see you now
I’d predict that Sarr comes in for Odobert and Kulu plays up front

I guess
You never always know how players react though, particularly ones who haven't proved themselves past one good season. It's not like Kane where you know he has a strong mentality because he's remained a consistent goalscorer this past decade. Solanke is still an unknown quantity at Spurs in terms of how he's going to do with us.
Our performance last season at St James' was hideous. The front four were Son, Madders, BJ and Werner. They absolutely bullied us, so we need strength up there. Solanke will be a big miss.
Son would be wasted playing through the middle. I'd put him on the left and Kulu in the middle.
BJ needs to be benched.

Yeah.... I think Id do the same. BJ looks lost and plays with zero self confidence. I'm not sure an atmosphere like St James is the place for him right now. I honestly don't see him as anything more than an impact sub right now.... Coming on in good situations might help him. Right now that shirt looks very heavy on him.... Looks like he's about to cry most of the time
Get Solanke back ASAP, Son Left, Odobert right and get the midfield playing with Madders, Kulu & Biss and we'll be OK
Isn't Bentancur injured?
So Sarr is an automatic choice.
4-1 newcastle.
We will get opened up like Katie Prices legs.
Goals on the counter, we will all then blame the players instead of the tactically inept manager we have.

Feeling a narrow defeat 3-2 or something
I would bring Sarr in for Johnson and move Deki into the forward line

Johnson definitely needs benching….looks shot to pieces confidence wise …needs a cameo or two off the bench
Gutting both Solanke and Richarlson both out ….so unlucky
Son in the middle just doesn’t work ….id rather kulu there , son left and Odebert right
Bentencur, biss and Maddison in the middle
