His has good link up play, but doesn't solve our goalscoring problem.

Our goalscoring problem is that we don't create enough chances. Zirkzee could have had 3 assists for Holland against Bosnia. If we can get him playing in behind Hojlund then he will hopefully help us create those chances and score a few as well.
