He could, I suppose, claim that his career was being held back.
Getting prepared to hunker down with Milton on it's way.

Lucky ole Milton! seriously good luck with whatever weather is going your way
I would say, that as with anyone employed, that if pay was not being made then that person is entitled to find employment elsewhere. Basic employment law.
Of course if payment is made then that employee is under contract to work/stay with that employer.
I’m sure the lawyers will be looking to see whether being excluded from both playing and training with fellow professionals constitutes a break in the contract. Clearly a player has no right to be selected every week either in the 11 or on the bench. But if he is being discriminated against in the way he is able to train and to be ready to play then that could be constructive dismissal. I’m sure there’ll be differences in the terms of contracts of senior pros compared to the kids

it is a case of whether the conduct of the Employer is so bad that it breaches the implied term of trust and confidence, amounting to a repudiatory breach, which the employee must accept by resigning otherwise by putting up with it they waive their rights
U21's away at Wrexham in the EFL Trophy. Now is the time to give the new young arrivals game time,
Wolves are 6 points worse off than they were after 7 games last season. If we had ended up with 6 points less last season we would have finished 15th not 14th
A reason GON put forward for not playing 3 at the back at Brentford was that he only had three fit centre backs so would have had no options from the bench
That might not be the case next week as Meupiyou is now back in full training. Although we do have Pond as well
If we hadn’t run out of steam last season after the FA Cup QF defeat, and continued our average points per game, then we would have finished 9th.
Also, we would have likely finished 16th last season as Everton evidently had a better goal difference.
Phrase of the Week goes to herecomesthelight.
"Repudiatory breach" is already a strong candidate for phrase of the season.
Any other contenders?
Evidently Banks’s brewery is set to close after 150 years of trading.
I used to drink Banks’s Mild but I put on too much weight and I’d regularly consume between 12 and 16 pints in a session.
The gas in lager seems to limit consumption somewhat.

sad news about the closure of the brewery
Surprised it’s taken this long to close down. It was surely Marstons intention from the beginning of their takeover. Sad to lose a Wolverhampton institution though

Stay safe fella.
Milton though. Odd name for a storm, sounds more like the weird uncle you were told not go out to the shed with even if he said he wanted to his new puppy.
Certainly is a shame about the brewery closing, but it had a decent run I guess under Marstons, I'd assumed it would shut sooner after they first took it over. Had a few pre match pints of Banks's mild in the Hatherton back in the late 80s.

not evacuating?
To potentially add to Wolves problems, Semedo, Ait Nouri and Joao Gomes have already picked up 3 yellow cards this season. 5 means a one game ban
Nah, we're on the East coast and should only be a Cat 1 (hopefully) by the time it gets over here.
Wolves have three players recovering from ACL injuries.
Mosquera has had a successful operation and after recovery from that will begin his rehab
Enso Gonzales has gone through rehab and is now building up strength in the gym
Sasa has been through that phase and is now back on the grass at Compton building his fitness towards being able to play football again. And he hopes to be playing by Christmas
Well, survived another one.

Good to hear
Hwang started for Korea today away at Jordan. But he was subbed after 23 minutes. Have to assume that was an injury
Evidently “Channy” has picked up a really bad ankle injury and looks set for a lengthy stay on the sidelines
