Pssed me off more than anything. Caaant tells me that usually we would fine £50 on the spot but on this occasion I wont.
Takes my deets and tells me I'll get a letter in 6-8 weeks and be asked to do an online training course
I am thinking to myself that aint all that bad. As I am abaat to go on my way he says the course is abaat half the price of the fine. Oh great, 20 odd facking quid then MATE!
