Yes, there will be riots until at least the other 3 Cops are arrested and charged and until the main cops charge is upgraded from murder 3 to murder 1.

Of course the looting is a issue as it’s detracting from the protesters.
It becomes a easy out for the authorities to use to tar everyone with the same brush.
I hope the message gets through from the peaceful protesters and situation improves.

It’s opportunists, and let’s not pretend there are no Trump supporters all up in the mix, agitating. Even undercover police have been caught mixed in with the crowds.
