I’ve barely done any running since lockdown.

Quite shameful really when this was probably the time I could’ve pushed on.

Now I’m probably worse than ever

I’ve not run for the sake of running in about 12 years. I’m fairly active play tennis 5 times a week, but it’s different you get a lot of stopping and starting. Did 5k in 34 minutes today.

I was tempted to start at the beginning of lockdown, but every Tom, deek and Harry was doing it. Hardly anyone out running tonight.

Have you watched money heist Heng?

I used to run 5k 3 days a week and play football twice, now I’m just going out riding the bike a couple time’s a week.

Speaking of running my new running shoes arrived today.

Would recommend giving it a go. Slightly irritating that it’s lip synced into English. Obviously you can watch it with subtitles but the mrs wouldn’t keep up with it. Strange show utterly addictive, but I still can’t work out if it’s genius or just alright.

Had some Under Armour which I think were not the right sort to be running in.

Here's hoping anyway. Calves were killing me after each run despite plenty of stretching and warm up and downs.

I watch stuff with subtitles on anyway as my youngest has them on so now I find it strange not having them on.

I have a new pair of adidas Originals Swift running shoes but I keep going back to my old battered shoes as they a broke in lovely

If you want to find out your foot pronation before selecting the right running shoes just wet your foot and place it on a sheet of paper.

Closed my account mate to take a break for a few weeks. There was a poster who was taking fairly personal pot shots at me on a regular basis. I can look after myself but it was becoming tiresome for me and other posters. Just took a break until he got himself banned. Which he duly did.

Wasn't surprised at sizzles response. It's a form of apartheid.

Oh gosh yeah. I notice the army is in Washington.

Yes, threatening to set the army on your own people can’t possibly end well.

Still I’m heartened to see the protesters are taking no notice and thousands are still out after curfew. Most Americans won’t stand for tyranny.
