Ben White and Bissouma look a little low - think white turned down 30m from Leeds last summer

Though it does seem like this is the summer that prices are dropping rather than last season - athletic have reported that neves is available for 35m and Kounde for 50m.

He's also listed soumare at 35m when by all accounts he's about to Join Leicester for 25m
