Ping pong fair enough tho, that's impressive.
I find badminton easier to play and you can really thrash it without any consequences. Tennis is much harder but more satisfying. I've never been great at either but enjoy both.

Tennis is way better and more enjoyable, badminton is ok but you can just play squash instead which is the best
