All the cardio

hate doing weights etc, even more boring and cant do it for as long

I like a bit of a workout but triathlon seems like torture to me

yeah i dont know how its possible but i can do the swim bit and i have ran 10km before

It’s been good to listen to The Extra Inch and get a more fair perspective on the game at the weekend. People on here are so hysterical it was tough to get a feel for the performance.

They were all over us before the red but yeah any red changes the game especially when we had to bring a left back on at CB

If each team had to pick their best Forward, Midfielder, Defender and Keeper of the PL Era, what do you think it would be? I reckon us and Chelsea is easy

It was a good one this week. Maybe because I completely missed the game, but I thought it made a lot of good points and a few that I hadn’t really considered

I’d be interested to do a PL spine for some of the other teams who have been really consistent over the years. Newcastle, Villa and Everton for example
