Obviously the mistakes are not ideal but the inability to create enough good chances and scoring opportunities is more an issue

Obviously we have scored a decent amount so far but that’s been flattering hence the exceeding xg stats the nerds love

We also despite not doubt being better defensively this season so far are conceding too much xg too

I do personally think it’s more of a personnel thing than a tactics thing though. Maddison in this team and our creativity skyrockets - or Wharton/Locatelli instead of Palhinha

You know I’m not far away from blaming Vicario for anything but I think he’s getting a raw deal with the goal we conceded.

Came through bodies and he palmed it away to the side ( for a chance ) and was unlucky it hit a player and lands right it front of thier player.

It was an error imo just unfortunate
