€5m being reliably reported. Well worth it if his goals get even a few points and/or a victory in a cup. And we can afford it.

No, Fabrizio Romano is a. solid source & he says 10m - although I do think it’s Euros instead of £’s it’s still a ridiculous amount !
Romano's been all over the place on this one. Alasdair Gold said 5m though Plettenberg says €10m.
Either way I agree it's a lot of money. But we had to do something, and if he does enough to win a few games he'll be well worth it. And it's not like we're struggling for money or PSR
And the fee was mooted as 60m that's come down to 55 now, so it's a deposit really
It’s not really in dispute, here’s another solid source :
=====
“SportBILD’s Christian Falk has given fans the lowdown on the full details regarding the deal which shows that Tottenham were desperate to bring the attacker to the club.
Taking to X, he revealed: ‘Tottenham are paying loan fee up to €10million for Mathys Tel (19) to FC Bayern. Tottenham pays the entire salary of Tel til Summer. The buying Option in Summer will be €60million for Tottenham‘.”
=====
That's definitely up for dispute. €55m plus a potential €5 in add ons is what I'm seeing most places. Granted the loan fee is probably right.
Either way who cares? It's only an issue if he's rubbish. Then we won't buy him anyway

I’m not sure he’ll sign anyway, but yes, the loan fee looks accurate.
