Pointless fixture for us, meh
Like watching the same movie every year for 27 years.
We will bottle this.
What excuses will we hear after?
Only question is how many will get injured in this one
Morning Sizz,
I'll be surprised with anything other than a loss tonight unless we get lucky. I notice there seems to be an increase in Ange apologists about on Spurs related channels and pressers I go on lately, so maybe it will give them the dose of reality they deserve.

I would be surprised if anybody thinks we will get anything from this game given our record against them.
Would be the result of the season so far if we actually won there!

Yeah although it's certainly not one of the stronger Chelsea sides we've faced. Unfortunately for us they'll be facing one of the worst Spurs sides.
It won't be so much the loss tonight, it will be the manner of the loss.
Just get in our faces a bit early, we will shrink away, hit first time balls to where our fullbacks should be (they will be taking our number tens space up) quick cross to the other side where our other fullback should be, score.
Failing that just walk straight through where our midfield should be because we have no number 6.
Easy as p133
Looking forward to the game as we can expect to see us with a pretty strong line up and bench, for once.
The squad have had a bit of R&R. Even the internationals have been back a week or so, so we should have had plenty of time to condition and work on things.
Always a tough fixture and Chelsea are a decent team, but i expect to see a decent performance from us, making it a tight game and a result of some sort being possible.
Also want to see a bit of fire, but not too much Romero!!

Good positive post.
The bedwetters are out in full force today. I really don't get why the actually support Spurs. They seem to wallow in abject misery every time Spurs play.

Spurs to win 3-1.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't even know how to rate us anymore to gauge any sort of score
We are so predictable in our approaches..We know if we are ahead we will crumble and scramble for a point
Don't think we have a solid defense to keep goals out...We will concede
Sloppy and entertaining 2-2 draw with a couple of red cards...

Sandy’s started early on the cooking Sherry!!!
VDV no doubt will do his Hamstring , Romero will see a red card , Richarlison will put in a 10 min cameo do a sprint and then join VDV on the treatment table , Ange will puff out he's cheeks and stick he's hands in his pockets and talk to the floor , standard night as a Spurs fan.
First of 2 games prep for Frankfurt next week. You want to see the team show some form, confidence, dare I say swagger (bit much too ask I know).
The weekend game is Southampton and they're rank rotten so shouldn't be any test. Right now I know fvck all about Frankfurt but the expectation is they're a half decent side. A good performance tonight would be a confidence booster.

It's who we are mate.
If we do lose and Ange gets into an onion bhaji with a fan again, I will be here for the rage.
So win tonight and he stays......until the next game

This is so true. Not sure what we are any more, partly because we havent really seen our strongest XI on teh pitch for ages, but also because the displays have been a mess.
I don't think Chelsea's defence is all that tbh so I expect goals in both ends as they will not park the bus either.
Agree entirely Dev, if we get plenty of goals and incident ,I for one will be satisfied, It's not only Spurs who have been unpredictable and boring to watch this season you know !
