Fair enough. We will rock you was the first musical I ever seen and i loved it.
Not many that I haven't liked so far, although I thought Cats was a bit of a drag and underwhelming

Yeah I've seen a few shows over the years and always enjoy them, even the book of mormon. Not seen Cats though
went to see it down London a couple years ago, not a fan of musicals but the South Park guys know what they are doing !
went to see school of rock also, loved the film but the musical wasnt for me ... far too much "Glee" and almost zero rock

Didn't even realise there was a musical of this. It's funny how some musicals are better than their film version and vice versa.
Lion King the musical wasn't as good as I had hyped it up to be. Similar with Wicked.
But I loved Chicago and Shrek the musical
Been to see B.O.M twice with different groups of people. Absolutely laughed my head off both times.
South Park is my kind of homour though. Slightly offensive and just plain silly. B.O.M definitely has similar tones.

I saw an advertisement for it before, sounds like it may have my kind of music in it
It was brilliant especially the last half hour.
The Mrs. and I hadn't laughed so much since we saw Eddie Izard doing the Start Wars Canteen piece.
We saw Lion King on Broadway when we went to New York. Was okay but wasn't as impressed as most are with it.
Seen Jersey Boys a few times. Really enjoyed that. Good music and an almost Goodfellas / gangsters vibe from the story.

Yep, Jersey Boys is another fav.
Phantom blew me away also, the performances were great in that. And i didn't think i would like Les Mis, but it was good also.
The talent on show is really amazing, esp compared to some of the rubbish you seen on TV talent shows.
Book of Mormon is brilliant, but Oliver is the GOAT for me.
Faust for me on tomorrow, should be quality.

Lion King for me nothing tops that. In saying that, I have not seen Book of M. My dream is to see the Lion King in Broadway. I see it yearly in London.
Only musical i've seen was Hamilton and it blew me away... Amazing production.
Had tickets for Book of Mormon, but Covid got it cancelled and I never rebooked.. Deffo one of the few musicals i'd be up for seeing.
On a similar note, we saw the live "Inside Number 9" and it was amazing. Steve and Reece and true geniuses of our time, imho.
I saw the lion king and Chicago on separate trips to NYC.
Lion long was good.
Chicago was a couple of hours of Denise van Outen in black lingerie. Don’t really remember much else about it.

Yeah Book of Mormon has probably been my fave too, the songs are fun, progress the story well and hadn't laughed so much in a long time.
