Salah’s reply to UEFA’s post about his death (or ‘farewell’ as they liked to describe it) was great.

fair play to Mo Salah, asking them to post how and why he was killed

I’d really like to see the biggest stars in the PL take a big stand for Gaza this season in ways they were shamefully absent the last couple of seasons. The PL is the most watched sport in the world and while I doubt anything the players do is gonna stop the slaughter, it might just nudge the horrors of what’s going on to even more people and further isolate Israel into the pariah state they are.

Israel conduct is horrific and they wonder why so many people hate them. Yes I use the word hate. It is even more shocking considering the atrocities their ancestors faced in the past.
History will cast shame on them and all nations who just stood by and armed them.with weapons and support. But then it will probably be re written as the western media have tried every day.

He was awful. Scored slightly more than 100 goals in a 25 year career in Pakestine leagues. Palestinian Hojlund would have been a more apt nickname.

Well done Salah. Kudos to him.
Crazy world we live in where speaking out against genocide could get you cancelled and you end up losing your job etc.
Crazy how the PL went out of their way to show support for BLM and other causes when the whole world stood silent but drew the line at women and children being killed.

Anyone else had enough of hearing about Israel and Palestine? It's horrible, and needs fixing, dont get me wrong, but it's not for us Brits to fix. We have our own problems, like homelessness, migration, grooming gangs, spiralling unemployment.

They've been under severe restrictions from the lawless state; blockade, travel restrictions, damaged facilities, etc.
They on the other hand, get billions from the West, recognition and European football and still produce crap players.

This weekend, instead of catching real criminals, the police had to arrest elderly and disabled protesters because the government listed a protest group as terrorist to please Israel.
Should Labour Friends of Israel members be deported as they serve another country?

Maybe just maybe they shoudlnt have Broken into a military site and damaged equipment.
They have been told for weeks that this group has been names as a terror group yet still decided they want to be part of it.

A bit of paint on a plane us apparently more important than the murder of 60,000 plus people, including 40,000 women and children. Nice to see the Government has got its priorities right.

A plane that went back to surveying Gaza’s airspace for Israeli intelligence days later, it’s so horrible what PA did to that plane that wasn’t even locked up properly.

Palestine Action broke into a military site, damage a plane, get classed as a terrorist group and subsequently anyone that identifies and protests under their umbrella is arrested.
Israel has killed thousands upon thousands, committing a genoicide and we reward them with equipment and bombs.
Make it make sense.

Maybe let's stop our Government being complicit in billions to fund the genocide first and then talk about how we use the money in the UK to serve our people.

What makes the whole damaged plane incident so stupid is that 22 years earlier a humans rights lawyer defended the actions of people trying to stop a British military plane going to action in the Iraq war saying people have the right to oppose war. That human rights lawyer being Starmer.

Hopefully Salah starts a trend of high profile PL footballers speaking out against the vile, genocidal, terrorist ethnostate of ‘Israel’ but my guess is most of them will continue hiding behind ignorance, or maybe fear of what their clubs might do to them. If Liverpool’s X account is anything to go by, the club will be supporting Salah so fair play to them. Arsenal would never.

Crazy how society acts exactly like an extremely small specific group of people have incredible influence over finance, politics and media, to the point where any criticism of their actions leads to arrest.
