Ozoh, Travis, Stretch and Adams are a very healthy four competing for 2 or 3 midfield spots. You have also sold the Viking who surely is Morris’ relief pitcher.
I got £22 million for Wilson in an add ons deal with Olympiacos

2Ws, I think it is a good idea to play 2 goalies.
Vidal, can you remind me who Stretch is please? I thought it was that young lad from Everton, but he's not here or is he?
As best as I know Stretch is indeed Armstrong. I think Travis and Armstrong are both wishful transfer thinking

One to claim crosses the other to stay on his line. 👍

Can we have Haji Wright and Mason-Clark as well please?
Yes it’s wishful thinking VC but it’s possible. If not Stretch then maybe Mowatt or someone else. Travis still seems likely though it’s dragging on, no surprise really given the Blackburn ownership.
Armstrong on the bench for Toffees
Not sure that means too much. We have had players on the bench who most likely will soon be elsewhere.
Some fella called Kaide Gordon linked for a loan. Never heard of him ….

Highly rated at the time but injuries seem to have hampered that rhythm. Seeing his impact in the Champ last season with two loans ( Norwich and Portsmouth respectively) he didn't manage many matches nor a big impact from an up and coming Academy player from a big PL club.
I hope he comes good, always a tinged sadness to see your Academy players do well.....for other clubs. Not sure at this moment in time we require another injury ravaged player. I'd be looking at a more seasoned pro available on loan with a good record of no, not goals, not assists, but staying fit and offering 25+ games.

Saw him a couple of times at Norwich last season, once where he came on as a sub & hardly got a kick and another time in the cup v Brighton, where he played wide left. I was willing him on, but he didnt make too much impression. Not actually sure what his best position would be these days.
It really doesn’t seem like any of those highly valued youngsters has really pushed on. Except maybe Delap?
I think it would be worthwhile one of our footballing boffins arguing that historically, Derby's strength has been in recruiting seasoned older players; in the late summer, if not the autumn of their careers. Mackay, George, Lee, etc. etc.

The LB that never played for us is doing well. Out of our Academy players it's probably fair to say Huddlestone did best followed slightly behind by Hughes.
Add McGrath, Curtis Davies and Jags. Looks like we suit an old head at the back.
Is that tonight's teaser ?

I was thinking of more around the crop from the recent troubled times that we had to let go Desi.
I thought Gordon was a tremendous talent. He’s had a bad couple of years but maybe he will still develop into a great player.
Archie Brown has recently been doing extremely well. Boyle was pinched from another Academy but is a very good player.
Frank Stapleton was a good old pro who did well for us at the end of his career. I suppose we remember less well those who didn’t. Heb won’t be happy for bringing up Scots legend John Robertson for example.
Bogle is doing well at the Scu m.
Yes, I mentioned him but typo came out as Boyle.
