Farke knows best obviously
However I think he's wrong again and again and again and again
Ram is a possible game changer, we don't have many of them

Just needs to play. would have loaned out Aaronson before him.

Best we can hope is he comes back after a good season in Spain.

Good job Farke wasnt around to be a manager in charge of George Best, Maradona and Gazza... They'd have been shipped out on loan also.

As with Cresswell and Spence his judgement will be proven to be head scratchingly poor.

So far (that I can remember) Farke has
marginalized and then got rid of:

Died Spence - Just called up to England
Charlie Cresswell - Dortmund looking at him
Schmidt - Swiss International
Largie - Creative player who offers more than two
at least Farke decided to keep
Mateo - U21 Spain International
Gnonto - Thankfully Willy G made peace

I honestly think if you're a creative player or
one who paints outside the lines, you are doomed
with him. He loves his rigid, order takers. Fit my
system or you are gone.

Is that a German thing? Or a Farke thing?

I think by writing the above comment I may have
officially told myself that I can't ever really warm
to Farke or his way of doing things.

Am I alllowed to say it’s a ‘German’ thing? The Mrs has German genes, which helped join some of the dots as I got to know her better.

We compromise by calling it ‘single-mindedness’.

Is that polite enough? 🤔🙄

I've got to agree with this entire thread, Farke's sense of a good player differs from most of us and letting Largie go was a big mistake.

You can’t throw Gnonto into this. Farke managed that really well didn’t he.

But for us and Ramazani this loan could actually be much better than him staying here with Farke. Where he would have had zero minutes. He’s got a chance to gain loads of experience and improve his game and come back here to a different manager and hopefully we are still in the premier league. Will Okafor have been a success or a failure? I suspect that if there is a managerial change here then Ramazani will see that left wing spot as one he can make his.

Have to confess after last season the player I was looking forward to seeing most in the premiership was Ramazani and consder hime to be the most exciting we have with his direct play and shooting ability. It seems that such maverick like players don't align with Farke's way of working. Time will tell.

Underlines how fickle football fans are this sort of thing, sell a player or loan him out he plays ten decent minutes and all of sudden he’s a world beater…

I’d like to think the coaching staff and the manager actually watch them train and make a decision as best they can on if a player fits into thier plans.

This is just another greenwood article, nothing more!

For the record I like the player, would have kept him myself but that’s from what I saw last season.. not ten minutes or some freak free kick on SSN

I liked Ramazani and would have liked to have been given a chance but he does seem to have got better by not playing if you get my meaning,
Farke seems to have made decisions on players so he will stand or fall by them,
Ps. Regarding Spence trust me his attitude at Leeds was very poor, looks like hes knuckled down at last,

I think we are getting a bit ahead of ourselves. He came on for the last ten minutes at 2-0 up. No pressure. No need to push for the win like the opponents had to push for a goal.

A good assist for sure but it didn’t alter the game or result at all.

Let’s see how he does if he starts. Can he stay on the pitch for 90 minutes?

I love him. He’s infectious like Alioski. He’s fun and has a great goal celebration. We all know he’s a talent and the club must think he will come good as they were adamant that no buy option was included in the deal. But Farke obviously thinks he’s not what we need right now.

My opinion:

He can’t defend like Harrison or play left back. Going forward they both have ability for sure.

He can’t press like Aaronson for 70+ minutes a game.

He’s not better, at this point, than James or Gnonto.

So a loan seems the best option which will allow us to bring in a better player hopefully. Remember it’s a 25 man squad from Tuesday. Farke has to get that right.

Now who’s that 25th player? Hamer? Sargent? Or someone not even on our radar as fans?

Maybe Spence grew up a little whilst he was with us? Sometimes players need a kick up the jacksie. I bet Bielsa would have had him sweeping the road from TA all the way to Wetherby 🤣

Did Ramazani impressm after his injury? No. And there can be several reasons for a player to go out on loan.

Doesn't necessarily mean they are deemed not good enough.
