Howson is a good call actually. Unless we get a decent freebie today.

Meslier should be second choice now. He's a better keeper than Darlow and we are paying his wages. I get keeping darlow and offloading Meslier because of wages and try and get a fee for him but that's not happened. He should be second choice, third choice Darlow. No point Cairns having a squad number.

There was a rumour that Phillips has been released, I wonder if that's true and just not announced. Would you take him back?

I probably would have on a low wage. But I would really worry about him coming back to fill that squad because it's a toxic way to come back and his confidence is already rock bottom.

to join Hull City on a free. I'm not on social media.
But, a pal of mine is. He said there's been zero
announcement of him moving from the official
