Match day 1

Lego gimp was banging on about lightbulbs in the pre match team talk and then a pick pocket nicked my watch only for lego gimp to give it back to me at the end of the talk and tell me it’s always important to be on my guard in both football and life.

Played 20 minutes, I think, I don’t really remember touching the ball much other than choking 1 big chance - still, that’s more than what Gyokeres did.

I’m sad now, the gaffer khunted me off in the post match presser saying I had to take that chance - well I did in the FA cup final, whereas he keeps missing and finishing runners up with these chokers
