Ok. I'll explain it for you slowly.

You state the fact that the Belgium manager has selected Raskin as some kind of evidence that Raskin is a good player.

I have demonstrated that your argument is false by providing an example of a terrible player selected by an international manager for several major games.

You focus on the point that this was a few years ago (although it was recent enough that you remember the player). The timing is irrelevant to the argument. However, for completeness i also provided a more recent example which you ignored.

It's a pretty simple argument really. Plenty of limited footballers pick up a few international caps. It's no guarantee of anything.

Anyway argue away. I can't be bothered. Had the same arguments with you guys about Kent, Barisic and Morelos. You're bound to get one right eventually.

Raskin is a very good defensive midfielder. Not unusual for defensive midfielders to have ‘limitations’, but he’s very good in that position. Think he was man of match in last couple old firms he started, done very well in Europe and for Belgium.

And you say the same about most Rangers players. You said the same about Bassey and he’s doing brilliantly in England. Could have the same argument about most Celtic players. Just look at Kyogo and Jota flopping badly at their next couple clubs.

As for Bassey, i think you'll find i was pretty complimentary about him in general. Had most of the attributes to be a good defender.
My point in him was that Ajax overpaid at the time, assuming the quoted figures were correct. Looks like Ajax agreed with me not long after.

Was driving to 5's last night and my phone alerted chat in one of my group chats which was CSJnr's old team but some of the dads get it going long after our boys went their own ways.

Anyway I seen a video was shared and the following comment was "recognise anyone". I instantly knew which boy it would be without even seeing a video.

I was right. It was one of they cameras asking fans opinions and it clocked this lad saying something along the lines of "A w*nker, Vegan bassa". The lad before him was the goalkeeper of an opposing team whoe succinctly put "he's a pr!ck"

He wasn't unlucky with the red card, Rangers were getting cut open with 11 men.

Oh missed a sitter and they hit the post before the sending off.

With our finances, managing Rangers is basically a cheat code for winning 70%+ of your games. Russell Martin is like someone who's playing Football Manager for the first time, has come up with their unique "genius" formation, selected every team and player instruction available, picked players based on an overall rating without stopping to look at their individual attributes, and is now complaining that the game is broken because their "clearly the best" tactic isn't working.

It was a 50-50 game and for me if you had 11 men on the park you would have equalised.

Should have gone after Brugge, should definitely have gone after Hearts, absolutely had to go after last night.

The players can only chuck it so much but the need to take the pash on Sunday and see if they can try even less.

If he makes it to our next home game it should be a full boycott. No protest just complete non-attendance.

The worst thing is the apathy, getting beat last night was expected.

If you bin him and recover in the league which you surely will then even if Hearts finish 2nd which is unlikely you will still end up in the Europa where you were probably always heading anyway so not a complete disaster.

Also, you are a bit of a bogey team for Celtic so still a chance in the cups.
