£57m for a 33 year old seems a lot, but he’s still fit real quality.

With Gyokeres at Arsenal, Isak at Liverpool, and Haaland at Arsenal, Spurs really is one of his better PL options.

Appreciate Kane is much better than Gyokeres but I can’t see him joining Arsenal anyway. I thought he’d be good for us but Isak is better and younger.

Not a dead cert although I could easily see that happening too.

Somehow I think he will be back in PL sooner rather than later.

He wants the PL all time striker record surely.

Bring him back if he wants to.

It will be great to see in a Spurs shirt again. The reaction from all the posters who shat on him after he left will be priceless. Some were frothing because he was late or skipped training.

He'd be mad but harry claim wants that goal record.

Every Spurs fan if speaking from the heart will want this to happen. I don't know if the head would say a different thing but I'm not going to say no to it. Objectively speaking we need another option up front and Kane is still one of the best strikers in the world and would fit in well in this team, as someone who can finish from crosses and set pieces, while also bringing others into play.

Kane despite his age, will have a good few years left at the top. I would love to see him win something at Spurs and break the league record and I'm sure he would feel the same way, whether that is sooner or later.

Maybe we could sign Lewandowski then if that happened?

Lewandowski could then join United on a 4 year, £400k a week contract.

Everyone’s a winner

I’m sure I read earlier that he needs to let Bayern know his decision before the start of the Jan transfer window, presumably so Bayern can look for a replacement

posted 1 week, 4 days ago

I think i read somewhere that he has a release clause and if he intends to leave in summer 26, then he needs to let Munich know in the January window (not that he will move in the Jan window).

There isnt any chance he moves mid season with the title and UCL still to play for.

But I reckon he is also determined to come back to the PL and take that scoring record.

48 PL goals needed for that record. Could he do that in 2 seasons? He'd need to play most games and would he do that at Spurs, aged 33-35? could anyone do that at that age in this league?

doesnt make sense .... how can he know if a team is gonna be in for him in 6 months time?

for eg if Madrid or Barca for eg if Mbappe or Lewa picked up year long injury and needed a replacement asap then he wouldnt be allowed to talk with them?

Goes without saying.

Although having said that, wasn't his last free kick with us a goal? Not exactly replaced with anyone who is standing out as being a good taker of free kicks when going for target I suppose. Maddison was supposed to be that but it hasn't worked out so well.

Yes he could do that but why in only 2 seasons?

Lewandowski is still banging them in at age 37. I see Kane as similar. He's kept himself fit over the years and has never relied on pace anyway. There is less reason to think he's going to deteriorate badly when he reaches that sort of age.

The unfortunate thing for Kane might be that if Haaland sticks around, he will inevitably break it and so it could be a short lived record for Kane.

will depend if we qualify for CL and what he wins at Bayern this season

weird they wouldnt just keep him if he wanted to stay too

be perfect for us though him coming back and if he were to win something eventually for us and go on to break PL goals record
