Even with the poor start he’s had, they’ve only played one league game at home under his tenure, albeit against Sunderland, while they’ve had to play Arsenal and Newcastle away.
Ultimately I don’t think it was a good appointment but I still think it’s too early to get rid.

Too early !!! Out of the previous 7 games, we should have won 5. Both European matches were well within our remit to pick up the 3 points. couple that with Sunderland at home Swansea away and Burnley all would have been won under the old regime last year.

Hahaha. If you want to talk about form, Ange’s form was crap for 18 months prior to his departure. Nuno had a blip towards the end. Ange is not in the same league as Nuno. One trick pony and every manager know his trick.

His interviews are already annoying me too.

If Ange was appointed at the beginning of the season results might not have been so bad. To change the style of play so drastically during the season was never going to be a good idea. Probably needs more time but won't get it.

New manager
Mid season
Completely different style of play and formation
Players that don't suit the style of play (slow at the back)
What does MyBigFatGreekChairman™ expect to happen. Has he not seen what's happened at United, where they did almost the exact same thing?
I bet MGW is glad he signed that deal

I feel sorry for Nuno.
Had Forest punching well above their weight but didnt have the style that their owner wanted. From what I understand, the NF fans really liked Nuno, and why wouldnt they. Europe for the first time in an age.
Their owner has shown himself to be a bit of a be||end, the way he came storming down on to the pitch to remonstrate with Nuno was just embarrassing and the sort of thing that gives a lot away about what he is like as an owner. Would Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs fans want to see their owners do that. Its crazy, petulant behaviour and if he thinks he knows better than the manager then not only is that a bad (deluded) place to be, his supposed football knowledge has been disproven by actions in sacking Nuno and appointing Ange.
I think Nuno will do well at WHU and keep them up, but they are a mess of a club. Unless he is well backed they are going to struggle to emulate what he achieved as Wolves and Forest. He's gone from one tool of an owner to a pair of tools who have been making a dogs dinner of it for years now.
They did the same thing as Forest. Moyes, a functional no frills manager who gets results but isn't trendy. Won them a trophy, kept them well away from the drop, but not renewed as they wanted style...since then its been a shiiit show. Nuno's stepped into the same sort of mess again. I think Forest will regret getting rid of him in the same way WHU regret not keeping Moyes.

and his squad was built around this style. Wood, Murillo, Milenkovic, Morato....these arent Ange type players.
Forest dropped off last season as nearly all teams like that do, lacking the resources and depth, and maybe experience, to maintain it until the end.
The likes of Brighton, Palace, Fulham, Bournemouth were all in and around the European places and only Forest stayed the course.
It's stupidity from their owner to think that he can dictate style and i think this period to come, the fall out from the Nuno sacking, will take aa while to get over and they'll probably drop back to the mid -table pack or worse and potentially lose all that momentum they gained.
I hope Ange turns it around as i do not wish him ill at all, but i think he is doomed because even the very best would struggle to walk into NF and convert them to an attractive winning team over the matter of a few weeks or months, especially mid season, with European games so he doesn't even really have the mid week to work on stuff.

Sackable offence on its own.
There’s also plenty for Ange to work with, especially going forward, and certainly enough to get better results vs the sides he’s played.
Will an utter d!ck head set up work? No, which is why he keeps getting handed his ass tactically in the Prem.
