Essien? He's been poor this season.
I would stick Modric in there (or Lucas)..

I dont think there has been any defensive midfielder this season that has been great, but Essien is definately of higher quality than any other the premiership has to offer.

Full of United players as they have been the best team in the league. Odd only to have one Chelsea player, but couldn't think where to fit them in.

Whenever i watch Man City and he plays, they always seem to create more chances. The runs he makes sometimes are very good. I think he will be a top striker next couple of years and i think hes definately underrated.

Are we picking the best players in each position or those who have been the most consistent over the whole season (which would rule out Ferdinand, Valencia, Bale etc due to prolonged absence)?

I'd have Lucas instead of Essien... i know you'll all disagree with me but he's been brilliant this year for us.

If Holloway is there for the comedic value then Ballotelli certainly deserves his place

Van persie on the right wing would be a waste, hes been clinical in the middle for arsenal but he wouldn't replace hernandez for me.

Surprised nobody has given Baines or Huth the time of day in defence....

Hart
Baines Terry Huth Vidic Cole
Adam Kuyt Toure
Tevez V Persie Bent

......Ivanovich would be close as well

Premiership Fantasy stats give this team....

Hart
Baines Hanngeleand Cole
Nani Adam Malouda Kuyt
Tevez Drogba Odemwingie

Based on stats in dream team

Hernandez is quite possibly the most over-rated player ever, needs 10 chances to score. Hart is also over-rated, never makes astounding saves this sason, Al-Habsi and Cech have been so much better.

Al-Habsi
Ivanovic Kompany Alex Baines
Ramires Tiote Nasri
Valencia Tevez Nani

Blue Kenyan

In the Premier League, Hernandez shots to goal ratio is 0.27, which suggests he needs 4 chances surely?

Van Persie - 0.2
Drogba - 0.09
Tevez - 0.22
Carroll - 0.17
Suarez - 0.09
Rooney - 0.13
Torres - 0.11
Odemwingie -.0.16
DJ Cambell - 0.21
