my dream didnt involve shins, news or advertising boards. well, there were shins present, obviously.... but they weren't the subject of my focus.

Apple are very good innovators, but you can guarantee that whatever they come up with, 6 months later others will be making an equivalent that is better.

Apple are too concerned by looks and spec sheets, they put no thought whatsoever to useability, durability or reliability.

Sorry but I disagree. Ok Apple is not to everyones taste (I do not own any Apple products) but you have to respect the man who overcome terminal cancer and singlehandedly turned Apple into the force it is.

Its the other Apple owners who are the cut throat business types. Jobs is just a geek with the know-how. I hate the whole Apple culture and how it seems like its a way of life. But other than that, great bit of business.

Its like hating Richard Branson. He is an astute businessman who knows a money spinner when he sees one.

I don't think it's possible to overcome terminal cancer is it? If he overcame it, it's obviously not terminal.
