wow that is good. You mean benching or just dumbbells? I only really do cardio and the odd weights. About 8kg on arms haha! 30-35 chest press

In my gym, the bench press bar alone weighs 25kg I love watching people lift it with no weight on either side!!
i'm a runner. 10k pb is 29.29. Can you tell i'm not a weights kinda guy. Also a lb so don't need to be huge really
Your nose would start spraying. Of course perfect form. Yeah i lower it slowly on the 6-8 reps. Usually do close grip. Was just doing weighted pull ups and knee raises as well tonight. 4 sets of 40 knee raises. Chest tomorrow. What other ones do you do? A paratrooper just moved in with me this week. Can only be good?

I used to run 800m for south Notts and represented the East Midlands once when I was at school Pb was 2.02 at 14 y/o!
I have an incredibily poor attention span though so nowadays when running, i hit the mental wall after about 100 yards if theres not a football or something at my feet to kick around.
Plus back then I was 6 stone
Na no races - i don't get competitive running. It's not very appealing to me i just run for the fun of it. Also i'm the same i cannot run unless i have music or something. Only enjoy competitive sports that actually take a bit of nous like football or rugby.

If I do knee raises, I usually do 20 reps, immediately follwed by 20 crunches, followed by 20 leg raises. Rest 30 seconds and then repeat for 3 sets. What exercises do you do for your chest?
I'm currently doing lot's of cardio and then full body workouts 2-3 times a week, just compound movements (squats, clean and press, bench press etc) as I don't want to put anymore weight on but want to increase my cv endurance without loosing much muscle mass

I have a sheet of paper on my notice board from April saying I ran 6 miles in 34.45, not sure how many k that is?
Do you not even do fun runs? You should enter the Men's Health survival of the fittest. It's a 10k assault course

Yeah kind of aim for optimum fitness and strength and keeping ideal BMI. Just do mix of weighted dips, bench and push ups, used to do cable flies but dont have the machine. Are we both trying to be more ronaldo/nadal rather than rugby players? Lolz

Ronaldo and Nadal are a little lightweight, but I'd much rather there physique than a rugby players

Haha Alvin are we the same person? I am just upper body. Injured my thigh a while ago so that is my excuse. Really want to try stage 3 on ninja warrior though. The new stage 3. Reckon we could do it?
It definately sounds like it! Do you also look like an upside down triangle when standing and a doorstop when lying down then?
I haven't seen the new stage 3? What channel is it on? I thought Ninja Warrior died with Bravo!!
Yeah I have like no waist then big shoulders and chest. It's all good. can't actually put on fat. Here is the new stage 3. I reckon it would be easy enough to get to the cliffhanger. Then we would have no chance.

The first 3 are basically just gloryfied monkey bars so I think we could cope with them! Cliffhanger looks the toughest after flying bar I think.... but flying bar.. what the actual fu**!!!!!!!!!
It makes survival of the fittest look a peice of pi**!!
