Oh you better. I have one of me doing a front flip on a trampoline but missing the trampoline on the way down and going straight off head first on to a rock. Was good. It in no way has affected my brains. As you can tell. How is your arm? How did you break it?

The bike tyre ones funnier though. I didn't even get dared. You know where you turn a bike upside down and spin the pedals to make the back tire move? I was doing that as fast as I could while my mate was pretending to touch it with his tongue.... Then I just "move, move" pull my trousers down and stop the tire with my bare a/ss !!! I had the biggest friction burn ever lol, sitting on the toilet was so painful!!

The most painful thing i've had is I fell of a motorbike (that's not it), if we sort this footy/canoe trip i'll show you the scars.. anyway, fell of a motorbike, had loads of cuts all up my back (pretty deep as like I say they've scared) and also a burn from the engine. I'm happily sitting there with my shirt off as wearing a t-shirt was unbearable. My sister begins to "take photos".. I thought she was just taking them to show people, little did I know she was filming my brother walking up the garden unscrewing a bottle of dettol!

So yeah as you guess, he pours it all down my back!!! I'm sure if you've ever had a minor cut cleaned with dettol you know it stings.. I can't even explain how much this hurt!!!

Can't promise you with these bebo videos, will start the look after i've made some dinner. It means looking up old email addresses/passwords etc though.

Haha yeah Scotchland is the best! Well the cities aren't great but the rest is awesome. You don't get proper mountains in England. Can't beat a bit of Bear Gryllsing out in the mountains. Or skiing. Skiing is the best.
