Nah, I've already done my arms. I'm changing my routine soon though.
doing back and chest at the same time just makes a shoulder day pointless. Id also class a day purely for arms as silly to. Arms only need compound movements and 2-3 isolated exercises to grow. Otherwise its just pointless strain which will probably lead to injury.
Its like having a full workout just for your calves.
