I don't see us being unbeaten over the next 6 games.
Playoffs are achievable but I won't be putting too much money on it.
The next four games are very tough;
Cardiff (away), Leeds (home),Brighton (away), Palace (home)
I don't see us getting your 10 points from those unfortunately.

I think this squad, if we were lucky with injuries, could make the playoffs. But not with Cotterill in charge.
Bit unfair on Cotterill Sutton, yes hes not had the best of time at other clubs but 4 out of 6 wins isn't bad. Plus look at Saints manager, was shocking at Scunny and now look at him!
i think the points required for playoffs would be a little less this year because some many teams have a habit of losing and dropping points unexpectedly.
take Leeds! get out classed by Blackpool, and then go and beat leicester. Who then go and thrash Palace, or Hull who beat us and then lose to Barnsley.
promotion is there for any team that can find some consistency.

in our last game we won, which gives us an average of 3 points a game over that period. if we maintain that form over the remainder of the season we will finish on 107 points and win promotion easily
you can manipulate the stats to tell you anything you want but if you've seen the football we've played this season there is nothing to suggest we will be anywhere near the playoffs.
you can put the improved results down to a bit of new manager syndrome and the team being a bit better organised and putting a bit of effort in but we still aren't playing very well and we're still only an injury or two away from being sucked back right back into trouble.
10 more wins should see us about safe

I'd hardly say finishing 3rd in the top league (you ever done that EVER?) on multiple occasions as well as winning exactly the same amount of trophies as you (in your entire history) is underachieving.
But you think that if it makes you feel better

Did you go to the effort of working all that out?
I'm flattered!
No it's called knoweldge duck I know haven't heard of it in Leicester but if you tired broadening your horizons you might learn something!

There are no ledges in Leicester???
Even on windows?
is that supposed to be funny?
Yeah, did you laugh?
I know you did.
Honestly duck that is one of the most woeful jokes I have ever read in my entire life!
Alright, no need to hurt my feelings.
“No it's called knoweldge duck I know haven't heard of it in Leicester but if you tired broadening your horizons you might learn something!”
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Why the antipathy?
I was not trying to compare Leicester’s achievements with those of Nottingham Forest as to do so would be pointless. It is obvious that the latter have won a lot more trophies in their history.
I started watching LCFC in the late eighties and at that time NFFC, although on the decline, were still one of the best teams in the country. Today there is a whole generation of supporters who can’t even remember when Forest were good. I can, so you don’t really have to point me in the direction of the history books.
But.... have you really slipped so far that the limit of your expectations is to finish above a team that would only have had aspirations of mid-table at the beginning of the season – just because they’re your local rivals? Or is that just a personal view.

Very optimistic Redfor50years but why not. To be honest I can't see us beating Leeds or Palace. And I expect us to lose to Cardiff. I would take 3 wins in next 6 games - anything else is a bonus. Ideally they would be home games as creating a strong home form is the key to success as we found out in the last few seasons.

No the play offs is unlikely and after schteve and mess ups this season is a write off so for local bragging rights I'd accept finishing above Direby (I wouldn't be that happy about it) the problem is our owner although his heart is in the right place couldn't run a football club if he tried!
At least we didn't get points deductions invented, not pay the St John's ambulance and have now started repeating those mistakes all over again! Diry cheating Leicester!

Why write off the play offs?
I've not written off the play offs for Leicester and if we lose our next game and you win yours you'll only be two points behind us. It's a very ordinary league that can change very quickly if someone gets on a run.
You have a better squad than most of those around you in the bottom half. I would probably expect you to finish around 7th -10th, but it wouldn't take much to change that.
At least your Leicester remarks are more original than: "we aren't your rivals" but, if you don't think you can make the play-offs, I'd say that was definitely true.
