How would it be good for you if city drop points to arsenal?
Unless you believe this year is your year of course
I would play with the usual back four off Johnson/skrtel/agger/enrique...
In midfield be Kuyt(right even though i dont rate him there) Adam/Henderson/Downing and upfront Carrol and Suarez.
If Bellamy is unable to play 2 gams in a short space of time i would play him against Wigan.. As i think he will attack the box better when Wigan play everyone in defense..
Well at least we live in hope this is our year.. Mancity gave up that kind of hope in1980..

So if you have aspirations of winning the league then you'll want The Arsenal to win tomorrow then....?
We would like you both to lose...
Arsenal losing would be the best result for Liverpool, no doubt about it.

To be honest id prefer a draw. Call me the eternal optimist but as i keep saying; as the season progresses LIverpool will gel better and we have already played a lot of hard away games....i have a feeling we are in for a good 2nd half of the season
Let others mock, they did about Hendo, Adam and Enrique AND Johnson AND Skrtel AND Lucas....but dont we have THE best defensive record in the prem? and hasnt Adam been a top signing.
Oh, dont we have Gerrard to come back?? It looks good to me, yep win tomorrow and lets hope pothers drop points...nice!
LIVERPOOL PLEASE TAKE TORRES , HE CAN ONLY BE GREAT WITH THE KOP NOT BLUDDY CHELSEA
and scousers say no one in their fanbase claims they say "next year is our year". Read it and weep lads, this guys probably preparing the bus parade around Liverpool to celebrate 19.

He not saying 'next year' as far as I understand him.
So that would be a fail on your behalf.
Next year is when the title is won..
Next year is when the title is won..

A footballing year then.
Anyway, we wont win it either way, but Got_Better is our eternal optimist, and should be left alone.
I wish we had that optimism or the gooners would like it if they ever achieved the quadruple
GB is the most optimistic Liverpool supporter on here. He's so optimistic that once or twice it crossed my mind he maybe on the wum. But fair play to him I say, his glass is always half full and his positive posts are a breath of fresh air from the doom and gloom mongers on here.
The way I see it is that we are fighting for fourth and we are still in with a chance of getting it. I expect City, Spurs and Manu to take the top three spots, with Chelsea, arsenal and ourselves battling it out
The more opposition fans write us off the better, I think it will help us if we are viewed as outsiders for it, which in fairness we probably are, and it will make it even sweeter if we get it. Opposition fans latch on to GB's optimistic views and use them to try to wum us' like arab strap here. How funny will it be if GB is proved right .
Our anthem you'll never walk alone mentions walking on through the wind and rain, though your dreams be tossed and blown, but GB walks on with hope in his heart and I admire him immensely.
Liverpool FC will always be there or thereabouts and that's what some other fair-weather fans find very very hard to grasp.
Arab strap be a bit mature?
Im more of a pessimist so i have to admire GB's optimism

Still trolling through the LIverpool board I see?
Didn't you say yesterday that four out of five comments you make are on the United board?
I think it's time for an admin stat.

Just thought I'd mention, Gerard Houllier has done a piece in the Mirror, singing KD's praises. He's even more optimistic than GB!! Work in progress this year, top 4 the target. Please just remember, it's only half way through the season guys and, and it's a big and, look what our manager achieved post-8th January 2011. As a long time Red, I have never felt so confident for our club and team for more than 20 years. Bring it on. JimmyTheRed
