I remember early in his Villa career the commentator was talking in glowing terms about O'Leary. Then one of the studio reporters commented that actually the word in football wasn't that complimentary about him at his time at Leeds.
Football is a small world, players, managers etc talk.
Which is why I think you can't keep sweeping under the carpet the fact we have had and still have unhappy players at Leeds.
Propsective incoming players will surely hear the inside track and who wants to be at a place where the culture is not good.

lancashire, jan should be for fine tuning, we missed the boat really in the summer and also most of the previous windows.
After 3 years we should see some evidence of something being built but I don't see it.
If you were Howson would you sign an extension?
Do you think Kasper, Snoddy, Kilkenny, Beckford, Douglas etc encourage players to go and play for Grayson?
