More overrated than Torres ?
Torres is a regular choice for the team that is the present world and European champions . Rooney is a selection first of the team that would be E+W champs. Both have the potential to be brilliant . They cant do it on their own, strikers need service. I rate both Torres and Rooney when they play in a team that can offer the right service.
I was thinking about mentioning Torres but I think we are fast running out of people who actually still rate him...
Maybe more overrated than Luiz ? would be more apt...
