I'm not making a fuss because I am a United fan. I am making a fuss because no matter which clubs are involved it is wrong.

If this was on the Dagenham and Redbridge board, I'd have written the exact same article.

There are two types of defence
---

Yep you are right, but they are still in 'defence', that being the point. As terentius1 stated though, without irrefutable evidence in a court of law the accuser is quite simply just assuming.

I'm just wondering is this verbal and racial abuse a new phenomenon, becuase of of a sudden from crowds being saintly all of a sudden the is a torrent of unbearable abuse coming from the stands.

What on earth has changed over the last few days?

I think maybe someone at the FA grew a conscience.

and you think we don't know that.
OF COURSE IT'S BLOODY WRONG!
However, one person alegedley says something and suddenly we think it's ok.
On another thread they're saying things like 'typical Scousers'. I don't understand why they're generalising us. I've said it once and I'll say it again. If it is true, then he should get a life ban. Get off your high horse. Your not the only one who realises its bad.

Mrs chalky. You are one patient lady

read the extract from the guardian which says a single voice cried out 'you phooking black barsteward'

can't print the full paragraph because it contains banned words (apart from the above) and I have no idea what those banned words are.

"so why are you all on this moral crusade?"

-----

Yeah, you're right. No one should care about (alleged) racial abuse unless it involves their team.

Proof that SLM wums.

See. I have proof, I've shown you and there isn't the word 'alleged' in sight.

it's sad too see that a club as big as Liverpool seem to be single handedly destroying the good work british football has done in eradicating racism from the game.

It may well be one or a handful in a crowd of 44,000 however that isn't what is reported and will have a daming impact on the perception of the PL in general.

Hopefully Tom Adeyemi receives all the support available as an incident like this at such a young age could turn him away from the game.

SLM. Get out of here! You're only doing this because its Liverpool. I can't believe you're trying to come across as if you're morally outraged at last nights events! You look for any excuse to post your anti-Liverpool nonsense, and believe me it is nonsense.

Trousers, well done mate. He pretends to want a debate with us but all he does is try to antagonise, whilst slating us, at the same time on another thread. Two faced?

my biggest concern is "you Manc ba****d " and "you black ba****d " shouted in drunken Scouse, half drowned out by thousands signing isn't too far apart and could make this not clear cut.

I'm hoping for no ambiguity above all else. If it was done, lifetime ban for a piece of filth. If not then relief all around.

So you're telling me that we are the first to be accused as racists?

Well done. Bravo.

"How many donkeys can one ALLEGED team have?" Fixed it for you.

No one is saying racist abuse is right, in fact you are the one insinuating a provoked response through that sarcastic statement.

because you are not the first to be accused this makes it ok?

your clubs stance during the whole suarez affair was ridiculous

I tell you guys I'm all for challenging abusive behaviour from the fans, it's vile and spoils the game in many respects but has been allowed to fester year on year by the authorities.

If who hurl foulmouthed abuse at a player how far are you away from making an even more offensive comment?

Maybe this can be used as a catalyst to look at crowd behaviour as a whole rather than prosecuting a crusade against one club.

nice to see man utd leading the way and destroying the name of english football. This was for 2010/11 season and two of uniteds were for racial abuse. Liverpool coincidently, had none for racial abuse

what amazes me more is that no-one in the crowd felt compelled to report this incident to the stewards or police

Maybe, but I was merely responding to a comment stating that Man Utd fans shouldn't be 'on a moral crusade' because they weren't directly affected. A pretty stupid statement to make, you must agree?

Just seen the incident on BBC. If proved, it is atrocious behaviour by a so-called fan. The fact that he/they are wearing LS T shirts (on reflection, not the cleverest of moves Kenny, and you are the manager) makes me for one suspicious. Let's wait and see if the combined efforts of LFC security, TV and the Mersey old bill can do the job and identify the culprits. It has to be said, that young guy was sobbing his heart out. I'm not prejudging but, to play at Anfield and be treated to that abuse is dreadful. If a fellow Red is found to be responsible I will hang my head in shame. Lets wait the outcome of the investigation. YNWA JimmyTheRed

What was the point in saying that. I said this earlier that the reason why so many ja606 articles reach the 100+ mark is because people like you and the OP have nothing better to do than cause a stir and add nothing to what is being said

>>your clubs stance during the whole suarez affair was ridiculous

we apologise for defending a man who's not a racist after he was slandered and accused of being one repeatedly.

Next time we'll demonise him and throw him to the blood thirsty mob just to make you feel better about yourself.
