Probably will but why not give some players a chance, particularly Kelly, who I think would cope better a 1st leg system

Doni has not started a single game this season. No chance he will play tonight unless something happens to Reina. We will be in trouble if Doni plays. He was terrible at Roma. I don't know why we bought him and Brad Jones. Gulacsi is better than them.

Yeah itll work hard and have some pace with bellers. Gerrad can get forward and kuyt can hopefully live up to his rep as a man who gets the big goals. He always used to!
Downing and maxi can come on later.
I think we can score tonight. Dalglish needs to play the right game. Without Kompany, we could be a threat on set pieces. So Carroll could play. But we might play a counter attacking game with Bellamy and Maxi up front. Similar to the way we beat Chelsea in the previous round.
Kuyt has been poor. No one knows what has happened to him.
