Hunger Games is quality

Anyone seen kiss the Girls? the Morgan Freeman one about 15 years ago? was watching it the other day, pretty creepy

Tbh I was a bit disappointed with Hunger Games. Not sure what I expected really, but after all the controversy of it's (15?) age rating, I found it all a bit sanitised.

To my mind it needed way more grit, even as a blockbuster.

Saw Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd thing with Johnny Depp over the weekend.

As with most Burton films it looked great. Unfortunately, as with most of his films, looks aside I thought it was pretty forgettable.

He's such a overrated director.

Kiss the Girls is quite good. Not brilliant but worth watching.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is a very good crime, comedy, action thing that fell under the radar.

with Sweeney Todd it didn't help that that Johnny Depp can't sing

my ex gf was something of a Tim Burton fanatic, i was never completely sold on him though. i enjoyed Edward Scissorhands and Sleepy hollow but apart from that-

his recent ones have been awful. remember sitting through Dark Shadows with her, biggest load of p1.5h i've seen in a long time

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is flippin' great.

Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy hollow and Ed Wood are great.

Miss Lexington likes the Corpse Bride. I really hated it.

Nightmare Before Christmas is bearable I suppose. We recorded Alice In Wonderland over Christmas. Not looking forward to watching it one bit!

Silver Linings Playbook>> I was so curious why it received so many Oscar nominations that I had to see it. The plot is predictable but the acting is great

Just watched Django Unchained.

Absolutely terrible film. I have no idea what the hype is about.

If any of you guys fancy checking it out, download this, it's a super copy. Almost Bluray shi.t:

It was so bad.

posted on 18/1/13

how can it be bad, di caprio is in it. not possible.

posted on 18/1/13

Di Caprio is like the 3rd/4th main character. Him and L Jackson were good anyway. The acting wasn't bad, it was just a terrible film. So pointless.

Very boring movie and as a Tarantino fan I was really disappointed.

Same as Kamran, I didn't get all the hype and couldn't even watch it to the end. 160+ minutes of that???

Just watched Reservoir Dogs for the first time in years.

Tarantino is a psycho.
