I have had the feeling all season we are just going to come up short. It's up to Carroll and Suarez to start taking their chances. To be fair they looked much sharper yesterday.

Maybe Arsenal above us.
But 5th isn't terrible news as we'll have come 7th 6th and then 5th in the last three seasons. By that logic the title will be ours in 2016!

But fifth doesn't matter anyway if we win the cup final, as the cup winners get a place in the Europa League.
Winning the carling cup might take some pressure of the league. If we secure a Europa spot than the only place worth anything is 4th.
Maybe kenny might try going all out in the league after the cc is played!
Why have you only listed the so-called hardest games ?
