But he is bad so often (much worse than Young, when he's having a bad day) that i will never be delighted to see his name on the team sheet. How can you be when you know there is every likelihood that Nanh will put in an absolute stinker?

Everyone could see Ronaldo would be world class, he was always worth standing by, but Young isn't world class he's a millions miles from that.

He is also 27 so I don't see him suddenly improving massively either.

I don't see any harm is saying the truth, perhaps try it sometimes it really doesn't hurt.

Im not slating these that rate Young am I, I'm simply saying it do not.

I didn't rate Young at Villa, and I don't at Utd, he hasn't done anything to make me think otherwise.

Of course you're fully entitled to your own opinion but I think what some people have a problem with is your constant slating of our players and the way you slate them.

You must've done it every week on BBC 606 with Obertan and Bebe and it got very tiring after a while. We all knew how you felt about those players, yet you had to abuse them every week. That I think is what annoys people more than anything else.

Young isn't as bad as you are making out. But I agree we did pay over the odds for a player with 1 yr left on his contract who isn't TOP class.

His promising start was ruined by bad luck with injuries. He's a decent player who is just struggling for form. Hopefully the goal tonight will give him a boost.

I do wish he would try and use his left foot more and go on the outside. He is SO predictable at times.

To be fair he took his goal quite well.

Yeh there are a few on here that are totally blind to Nani's shortcomings. He has the footballing brain of Theo.

Im still one of Nanis biggest critics. When hes good hes great but too often he goes missing. He has improved this year and injuries havent helped his consistency.

OMG you people know so much after seeing 20 games of a player in red . You didn't rate them for their previous club either , a club that had none of our players around them .

I would disagree Stretty. He went missing badly during the crucial final weeks of last season. He decided it was time to do it again.

Not true. He hasn't been consistent over that long a time for United. He is still far far too selfish for me. If the lad played for the team he'd be so much more effective.
