BillyBob, now BANNED from the United board, still needs to write articles about United on other clubs boards!
To me this is unsurprising, and what will also be unsurprising is if BBT makes a habit of it, and begin to annoy fans of other teams
if BBT makes a habit of it

I have to post somewhere if I want to enjoy the site, and my article is just a bit of fun, no major problem is it?
Can't agree with Fergie on that. The way English teams have performed in the CL this season has been shocking all round.
Maybe Chelsea will save us.
Maybe Chelsea will save us.
IF Fergie had realised that United were indeed struggling in Europe, rather than laugh, try to ridicule the questioner and then walk out in a mood, then they may have well qualified for the CL final...IF!

Haha, I thought my dad was on his night-shift...who knew?
I sold Rodwell
Why are you reading comments on ja606 whilst getting rogered by my dad? Are you saying if he pulled out of you in time then you would be doing something else?
If I had the crying power of Evra I would have accused the slur of misleading people.
"Why are you reading comments on ja606 whilst getting rogered by my dad?"
Never thought I would read that sentence in my life.
If i were obsessed much i would write all my articles about another team / manager.

Billy I assume you were being ironic when you said this "Liverpool are 3 or 4 goals, rather than the woodwork from 2nd spot!"
That has to be the biggest IF of the day. IF Liverpool had converted all those missed chances and IF the teams above them never actually hit the post themselves then maybe they would have those extra 20 points (yes 20) which would put them in second place. But thats a hell of an IF.
dance with the devil
Just a bit of fun mate, Fergie's comments were ridiculous imo, just playing on it, that's all!
IF is a nonsense argument/point of view...would you not agree?
My highlighting and joking about your manager's nonsensical point of view is not obsessive, it is simply saying it as it is.
You may well disagree with my reasoning, but it wasn't me who said it...
IF is a nonsense argument/point of view...would you not agree?
Yes I would Billy, which shows how stupid your post on the other thread was.
19 points and 30 goals behind second place would have disapeared by magic IF they hadn't hit the post all those times.

Yes it was irony, my initial comment on that post was that Liverpool fans expectations are too high. It wasn't very clear I admit, but it was me being ironic, maybe a question mark rather than an exclamation mark would have been better??
i think they are further away from the top that at any time since the premier league began. A lot of that is not their doing and is due to the massive improvement in Man City and Spurs and to a lesser extent Newcastle.
LIverpool used to limp along into 4th spot and still get the champs league money. But in all honesty its hard to see them getting in it for the forseeable future. Then factor in that 4th spot wont be seeded anymore so elimination at the first CL hurdle is a possibility and even worse that the poor showing of the English clubs this season could lead to the loss of four spots if that continues.
Yes they are better than the first half of last season but the bar is raised and it isnt good enough.
Billy, oh how I miss you on the Utd board.

I disagree, I think that under Souness they were further away.
I also disagree that it is difficult for you to see them getting 4th for the foreseeable future, it is clearly available to them this year, and who knows what will happen in the forthcoming seasons?
Liverpool's performances are indeed not good enough for that club, but what are we judging it on, last year? the last ten years, the 1980's?
Who knows what will happen, but I know one thing, Liverpool are in a better position at this moment in time than they were last year...is that progress? I guess it depends on your expectations, but to me it is!
Last year United were challenging on all fronts, this year they are in the Europa League, behind city in the league and out of both domestic cups, is that progress? A tangent I know, but you can see how difficult it is to assess stuff!
this year is their best chance but even this year is remote. No way will Chelsea be as bad next seaon. Maybe Spurs will dip a little but there are four clubs now who will always finish above Liverpool.
