"and has produced 9 goals (6 goals and 3 assists). "
Mate there are so many ways to look at it .
Carroll 6 goals = 5.8 million per goal .
WHL lifer, you seem to like equations , how about one to see how much money Spurs have spent in the last 20 years for each trophy won?
I was at the game on Sunday and Carroll has improved. However, I cannot help thinking he is still shlte
Lifer. That is the most stupid stat I've ever seen. It could only be relevant if he had left us. Dope
Thought I'd read somewhere that we hadn't lost many games that Carroll had started???

If you take any high transfer after only one year the money spent per goal will be high. He is on a five year contract with plenty of time for that figure to come down.
People just can't accept that he has began to perform, they're stuck in their ways.

I think it's more a case of we haven't lost many games when Suarez hasn't played as a lone striker thus making our wingers redundant and nobody in the box.
Spurs: £175m Net spend 1992 - 2011
1 league cup.
Don't forget their top 4 trophy and CL quarter final trophy. They all count!

No time machine for you, Dr.Who is a Spurs fan
Liverpool Fred you sad case getting my article banned .....Hope you enjoyed your night in with your right hand!!!
£175m per trophy.
That there is a great stat.
I also like the stat that Dalglish has won more as a player and amanger than Spurs have as a club in their entire existence!

Well I'm just checking the trophy cabinet and......
nope nothing there so apparently not.
A big club would never celebrate such mediocrity like the Spurs fans on here.
Such a small club mentality.

Good point mate
What with the high wages he is on, he is even more of an expensive flop!
Huddersfield Town have won the league more times than Spurs

An even better point.
We could have just offered him £200 a week, now why didn't the club think of that?
23 years old, five year contract, starting to realise his potential. All is fine.
