More about me:
A rabid fan of 'The City' since the 'big freeze' of 1963, I yearn for the good times to return. First Leicester match seen was in December 1967 at Tottenham.
The list of favourite players includes Gordon Banks, David Nish, Gary Lineker, John Sjoberg, Mike Stringfellow, Steve Claridge, Graham Cross, Paul Matthews, Malcolm Manley, Andy Lochhead, Peter Shilton, Bobby Kellard, Len Glover, Frank Worthington, Steve Walsh, Derek Dougan, Jackie Sinclair, Howard Riley (though I saw none of the three latter-named stars in real time action), Bobby Roberts, John Farrington, Mark Draper, Alistair Brown,
Steve Whitworth, Keith Weller, Alan Birchenall, Mark Wallington, Gary McAllister, Kevin MacDonald, Rodney Fern, Muzzy Izzet and many more. I'd better not forget the entire 2015-16 squad.
Favourite manager was Matt Gillies and the best City match I’ve seen was the 4-3 win over Manchester City in the FA Cup in 1968.
The ultimate match has to be England v West Germany in the 1966 World Cup Final.
