Many of us have lost faith in him and it seems the players might have too, but I thought it'd be good to have a brief look at what he's done for us in his 3 and a half years at the club so far.
• Took us from bottom to eighth position in his first season
• Carling cup final in 2009, losing on penalties to United
• Finished fourth in his second season, won manager of the year
• Got to the quarter final of the CL with Crouch leading the line
• Secured fifth place in the league despite the distraction of Europe
• Astute signings of Parker, Friedel and Adebayor balanced the squad for little money
We all know his flaws, but he's done some triffic work for us.
I'm sure you can all think of some more nice things to say
A little inspiration for those of you struggling to be positive..
