Ah wiz 5 in 1967 and was at a Market (ingleston ah think) and was mesmerised by the colours at a football stall. Ma mum (dons fan) said to take ma pick - chose a poster if the lions with the four trophies in front of them - loved the colours - could have been a hibee!

First game at tannadice in mid 70's league cup tie. Beautiful sunny evening and Celtic won 3-2 with mike conroy scoring a beauty at the end I was at.

Have literally loved Celtic for as long as I can remember. Watching Celtic run out at Celtic park gives me as big a thrill as the first time I saw them. Like others, Seville was the pinnacle in terms of pride but I get the goosebumps every time.

At kickabouts as a kid I always shouted "bagsy Joe Craig" what a player !

I never really had a choice.

I just found pictures of me when i was only a few months old in Celtic tops

I cant really explain it, but going to games at the pub (which was probably the coolest thing about it. Not every 6-7 yr old in America gets to say they go to a pub at 6 in the morning )

I always look forward to watching them play at whatever time. I remember i missed school to see them play in Seville when i was in elementary school and my dad always says that was the biggest regret of his not taking me. Hes in that poster with all of the fans in the stadium at seville.
My first Celtic game was against Rangers at Hampden and the only thing i remember is sitting next to the police worrying about getting in trouble. And remember a guy saying "come on Gould" when rangers had a penalty and then the noise from the left of me was immense when they scored. We won that day though Don't remember one bit about the game tbh. Dont think i ever saw any of it because i was so small. But i was on TV. It was at the time when Celtic played Rangers about 2-3 times when i was there. Got to all of them. The one at hampden was when Larsson lobbed it over Klos then went to tap it in. Magical

I was told recently that i was at that game

I grew up during Rangers dominance. My dad and one of my brothers are bears and my Mum is a Tim. Never really bothered with football till I was about 7 or 8. My dad and uncle to me to an OF game way back in 94 at Ibrox. Cant remember much about the game apart from John Collins free kick. I remember thinking that the keeper was mince because he seen the ball coming Goram ya diddy!! The pie I got was stinkin and it was the first time I seen my Dad getting angry. Celtic won 2-0 I decided after that I was a Celtic supporter but never bothered that much about them just kept up to date with the scores and were they were in the table. Then I watched a game on the telly and a young itallian nut job with football skills I had never witnessed before dominated the game, Di Canio And ever since then I have been a rampant Tim! Picking fights with bears and smashing windees. Its been the haw maws

I think most support a team due to family supporting them

I was brought up by my dad and his family to follow Celtic and my mum followed St Mirren and her side is split St Mirren/Celtic.

I went the Celtic way in my early teens. Not sure why as I played football so never went to many games and my friends were all Celtic or St Mirren. It certainly wasn't for the trophies as that was during our barren spell in the early 90's

Still got a thing for the Saints but I suppose that will always remain.
