Given that Ade has only come on for 30-35 minutes in 2 games this season, I think it's wrong to assume that with Berba on the pitch we'd have got the 2 wins rather than him. If Ade had missed easy chances in those games then yeah I'd be having a go also but he hardly had a sniff anyway because we've been playing absolute shhhiiit.

It does not detract from the point of this article which is would it be worth re signing Berba. My view is no- simply because he wouldn't fit in with the 'new direction' the club wants to take, the new managers view on what a forward should bring into his style of play, the wages, and possibly the history.

I am no Ade fan believe me, and I rate Berba highly, but it would've been a mistake to get him in again. Girls, jobs and bad restaurants- never go back.

well, spurs fans, who is better in the current Spurs striking force. Berba with Dembele and Demsey and Scott Parker in the back... well, you could have been contenders. For anybody, doubting Berba's ability, just watch the game yesterday. Not only the goals, but also the passing, even helped defensively. I have no issues if we had signed somene better, but Ade's first touch is a serious problem for you.
