Crystal Palace aren't carp, as they showed when they gave the best display by an away team at London Road this season.
Hopefully, they will beat Millwall on Tuesday night to secure their place in the play-offs, and rest some players on Saturday against us and lose.
Alternatively, please draw or lose and become a bag of nerves in front of a nervy home crowd.
I'm looking forward to joining the mighty Posh away support.

Oops, sorry, Champers, I thought you were a Palace fan It's the beer they serve at the Cherry Tree pub.
Good luck, anyway, and see you in 2014/2015.

Even more gutted after watching the replay of the goal producing foul that never was. Bad luck indeed for the players and manager.

Very unlucky Thorney.
Dodgy free kick aside, I wonder if a team has ever gone down with 15 wins before?
We only had 4 more and we're in the play offs.
Crazy, crazy league.

Cheers, and good luck, Vulpes (and thorneyfox), in the play offs!

I spoke with some Peterborough fans before and after the game and said the same thing. Any other season 54 points would have been enough to keep you up. Some fans may even consider it to be a good season!
One of the Posh fans summed it up by saying 5 of the last 6 seasons they've either been in a relegation fight or a promotion push. "We don't do boring!"
Good luck for next season and I'm sure that one won't be boring either!

Last time you (posh) got relegated you went down on 34 points......Watford finished in 16th place on 54 points.....
Crazy season this one chaps....
If we (town) had won yesterday, and leicester had lost, we would have been only 5 points behind them...For 70 minutes yesterday we were relegated, and in the end they(Leicester) ended up in the play offs....Crazy Times... see ya 2014...

Yes, this year's championship campaign suffered from a concertina effect. For the sake of the nerves of next year's Championship teams, managers and and fans, I hope next season will be less crazy.

Based on the same points as last year Peterborough would have finished 18th again but with 4 more points than the previous season. Just 2 points behind 17th which was Crystal Palace!
