Loyalty

in football...does it exist???

so Martinez is next one to leave Wigan for Everton.

Chairman showed a lot of trust in the manager and credit to them they flirted with relegation every year but Roberto should stay and bring the club back to PL.

After all he got the club in PL.

But on the other hand we have a prime example of Wenger who has stayed at Arsenal for number of years despite interest from some of the biggest clubs in the world.

But in most cases managers do leave sinking ships

How could he turn down Liverpool if he was never offered the job?

To be fair, he has had opportunities to leave earlier, he didn't and it has paid off. For a club like Wigan, and FA Cup is absolutely massive, best time for him to go imo.

Please, if that's all you can offer then I stand by my original assertion that he was never offered the job.
